Eco Week 2015, Friday 18 September, Fermented Friday for Foodies

It’s our last event for Eco Week tomorrow! Find out why fermented foods are eco-chic power foods! Taste a sample of fermented goods, learn how to ferment food, and nip away with a few recipes. Fermented foods that will be showcased include; Kombucha – brought to you by Wabi O Kombucha, yogurt and how to put down a brew (UC Brew Club), sauerkraut, brought to you by The Urban Monk, and sour dough bread.

When: 12-1pm
